Returns Policy - Naturally Rosey
At Naturally Rosey, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your product, our returns policy provides options in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy does not exclude any statutory rights you may have under the ACL.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that this policy is subject to Australian consumer rights, which guarantee remedies for faulty, defective, or incorrectly described products.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at rosey@naturallyrosey.com.au to start the return process. We will provide further instructions, including a return shipping label if your return is accepted.
Note: Returns sent back without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rosey@naturallyrosey.com.au, and we will rectify the issue in accordance with your consumer rights under the ACL.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In line with Australian health and hygiene regulations, certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers),
- Custom products (e.g., personalized items),
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty and skincare items), unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about whether the return was approved or declined. If approved, we will refund you via your original payment method as soon as practicable. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Your rights under the ACL are not limited by this policy. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement at no additional cost, even if it was purchased on sale. Naturally Rosey complies with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
